This January I turned 48 years old. We have a tradition here at the Ritchie Law Office, Ltd. that whenever someone has a birthday we order a birthday cake for Janet’s Cakes here in Bloomington, IL.
Janet’s Cakes has been a long-standing institution in our Community. They do a wonderful job!!
You may recall my “Tundy Project” – that I wrote an article about back in June, 2022. I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra pick up truck and was fixing it up as my Hobby over the last few years.
Well – this year for my Birthday – the Ritchie Law Office, Ltd. – ordered a very special “Tundy” Cake for me – it turned out so GREAT!
Below is the picture we sent to Janet’s and you can see their interpretation on the cake – WOW – AMAZING!!
The cake looked so good – I almost didn’t want to cut it – BUT – we did!!
FYI – it was a Lemon Cake and Lemon frosting – it tasted as good as it looked!!
Looking forward to seeing what 2023 has in store for me and the Ritchie Law Office, Ltd!!
